Former Rochester City Court judge Leticia Astacio reportedly is facing new charges for allegedly violating her DWI probation.
13WHAM reports one allegation involves the misuse of an interlock device and another involves failure to report to probation.
Earlier this year Astacio was acquitted of a felony charge alleging she violated her DWI probation by trying to buy a shotgun.
Astacio was removed as a Rochester City judge last fall. She lost a primary for a City Council seat in June, and has been working as an attorney.
