RPD: Arrest Made in Fourth Street Homicide Investigation

Rochester Police have made an arrest in connection with a summer homicide investigation on Fourth Street.

Police say they have charged Marzell Miller with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the death of Shaniece Taylor.

She was found shot to death inside 215 Fourth Street on August 15th.

On October 15th Miller was arrested by U.S. Marshals and charged with a parole violation.

Miller will be arraigned on the new charges tomorrow morning.
