A court hearing is set for today on a challenge to the state's ban of flavored e-cigarettes..
The ban was supposed to go into effect earlier this month, but the vaping industry was able to have it put on hold until the court's can rule on its legality.
Supporters of the ban say it's needed to help curb the growing number of vaping-related illnesses and also to keep e-cigarettes away from kids. But business owners say they are being singled out and claim the ban would hurt sales.
