Fourth Street House Fire Was Intentional

Investigators say a fire last week at a Rochester house -- where a woman was killed this summer -- was intentionally set.

The fire broke out Thursday night in the 200 block of Fourth Street. Nobody was inside at the time.

It was the same house where Shaniece Taylor was found shot to death August 15.

No one has been arrested either for the fire, or for Taylor's death. But her family believes a parole absconder -- who was arrested a block away yesterday -- had something to do with it.

Parolee Margzell Miller III had been dating Taylor.

Police have not stated that Miller is a suspect.
