A New Jersey man has been arrested on three counts of sexual abuse for an assault in May on the Nazareth College campus in Pittsford.
New York State Police say 20-year-old Kenneth Rea was arrested Monday.
The college says he is no longer a student and it will not release details of the allegations.
Rea was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear at Pittsford Town Court in two weeks.
