Flavored E-Cigarette Ban On Hold

Governor Cuomo's ban on flavored e-cigarettes in New York is on hold.

A judge in the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court has issued a ruling that puts a temporary restraining order on the ban, which was due to take effect today.

Smoke shops were notified that the ban on flavored vaping liquids was being delayed "indefinitely" while a lawsuit brought by the vaping industry against the stgate is argued in court.

Cuomo ordered the ban on flavored vaping products after more than a thousand people got sick nationwide from vaping -- and 18 died.
