Western New York Congressman Chris Collins will reportedly plead guilty tomorrow to charges in his federal insider trading case.
The Buffalo News first reported that a change of plea hearing is set for tomorrow.
Media outlets report he will plead guilty tomorrow at 3 p.m., and his son Cameron and co-defendant Stephen Zarsky will plead guilty to unspecified charges on Thursday.
Collins allegedly tipped his son about a failed drug trial at the Australian biotech company where they held stock. Authorities say Cameron sold his stock and shared the news with Zarsky, who unloaded his own shares.
