A Greece Police Investigator is being cleared of any wrongdoing in connection with a deadly crash in Parma last year.
The crash last December killed Lillian Weyanna.
Authorities say she had been walking along West Ridge Road near Trimmer Road when she was hit by a vehicle driven by Investigator Kevin Klump.
He gave her CPR, but she died at the scene.
Attorney General Letitia James’ Special Investigations and Prosecutions Unit (SIPU) released its report on the incident and deemed it a tragic accident.
