Two Students Arrested After Separate Threats Issued To Rush Henrietta CSD

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says two students have been arrested for two separate threats against the Rush-Henrietta Central School District earlier this month.

Authorities say in the first incident a Roth Junior High School student has been charged with Aggravated Harassment for a threat that was made on social media.

The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket for Family Court to appear at a later date.

The second incident also involved a student at Roth and alleged threats on social media.

They have been charged with 2 counts Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 1 count Criminal Possession of a Firearm and 1 count Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Person Under 16 years old.

Authorities said at no time was anyone in any danger.
