The City of Rochester will celebrate the city's riverfront with events planned for the ROC the Riverway weekend, October 4th though 6th.
Mayor Warren will be announcing details at 3:30p.m., when she formally opens the new Promenade at Erie Harbor Park, next to Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, off Court Street.
The promenade offers unprecedented access to the river.
