There is a guilty plea from the man charged in the hit-and-run last November that killed an 87-year-old Irondequoit woman.
Vincent Mannillo, of Greece, has pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in the death of Joan Dierna.
She was crossing Bay View Road to get to her mailbox when she was hit by Mannillo's truck.
Mannillo was indicted in March.
He faces 8 weekends in jail and five years' probation.
