U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand Ends Presidential Bid

New York United States Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has announced on Twitter that she's ending her campaign for President.

Gillibrand says the best thing she can do for Democrats now is try to pull them together to beat Donald Trump and win back the Senate.

Gillibrand positioned herself as a champion for women's rights in her campaign, but failed to gain much voter interest or to meet the threshold for the next round of candidate debates.
