Two teenagers are facing criminal charges for what Rochester police say was a joyride in a stolen city-owned vehicle.
Police say they received calls yesterday about someone driving erratically, and officers caught up to the vehicle on the city's northeast side.
The teens -- ages 17 and 13 -- are suspected of breaking into city-owned property and taking the vehicle.
