Regional Planners To Meet And Discuss Lakeshore Resiliency

More meetings are set for today and tomorrow for regional planners who are looking at bolstering the Lake Ontario lakeshore communities that have been hit hard by floods.

The governor's Lake Ontario Resiliency and Economic Development Initiative Commission will meet today at 1 p.m. at the Irondequoit Public Library. tomorrow at 11 at the Orleans County Cornell Cooperative Extension Education Building, and Thursday at 10:30 at the Wayne County Public Safety Building in Lyons.

The commission is creating a list of priority projects tied to economic development and infrastructure along the lake.
