The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office says no one was hurt when a freight train hit a pickup truck on the railroad tracks in the Town of Corfu.
Deputies say the man driving the pickup was drunk when it got stuck on the tracks. He and a passenger ran from the area but were found later.
Brendan Kotarski is charged with DWI, reckless driving, leaving the scene, and reckless endangerment.
