Residents living in the Village of Victor and specific areas in the town of Victor are being told to boil their water. The Monroe County Water Authority says they were informed yesterday that E. coli bacteria was found in the drinking water on August 15th.
Water Authority crews will be flushing the water main and will be doing water quality testing. Authorities say you will likely need to boil your water for the next three days until the all clear is given.
