A couple has been accused of leaving their three children in a car while they gambled at del Lago.
Senca County Sheriffs say they were called to the casino around 6:30 Sunday morning after three children ages 11, 4 and 1, were found sitting in a car alone. Deputies say they also found drugs and drug paraphernalia in the car.
39 year old Jesus Vargas, of Rochester, and 26 year old Tabitha Drager, of Greece were arrested. Both were charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Vargas was also charged with possessing cocaine with the intent to sell.
The children were turned over to other family members, and Child Protective Services is investigating.
