New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says he's introducing a law to define mass violence fueled by hate as domestic terrorism.
Cuomo also called for national adoption of New York's SAFE Act which bans sale of combat-style weapons and large capacity magazines. It also imposed background checks for gun and ammo purchases.
