There's both good and bad news for embattled developer Robert Morgan.
According to the "Democrat and Chronicle," a Pennsylvania apartment complex he owned was recently sold after federal prosecutors and his legal defense team came to an agreement. That helps Morgan stay financially above water while he fights federal accusations of lending and insurance fraud linked to his network of properties.
The bad news for Morgan is that more people want repayment of unpaid loans. He's being sued by lenders who say Morgan owes them close to $9 million. That could push Morgan into selling more properties to satsify more creditors.
