Residents Near Colgate Divinity Concerned About Redevelopment Plan

People living near the former Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School still aren't happy with plans to redevelop the site.

At a meeting with developer Angelo Ingrassia last night, neighbors complained about what the project will mean for traffic and the flavor of the Highland Park neighborhood.

Plans call for existing buildings to become apartment buildings and offices, and two new four-story apartment buildings would be built.

The City Council is scheduled to vote later this month on a zoning change for the project.
