Guilty Plea for Third Defendant in Firearm Store Break-in

A third defendant has pleaded guilty to charges resulting from the break-in last year at Chinappi's Firearms and Supplies.

Federal prosecutors say 22-year-old Dakota Sarfaty admitted to breaking through a wall at the gun shop -- along with two other men -- and stealing 87 firearms, most of them handguns.

The three men then sold many of the guns on Rochester streets. Fourteen were recovered in the days after the theft.

Sarfaty will be sentenced November 13th.
