Rochester police say one person is in custody following a standoff at a home on Rochester's southwest side.
Police went to Shelter Street after getting a report that two people had been assaulted and two people had run inside a home.
Both eventually came out on their own after about four hours. One was taken into custody, but there is no word on charges.
The two assault victims are expected to survive.
