Today is the scheduled trial date for former Webster teacher and coach Kali Watkins on charges accusing him of raping a child.
Police say Watkins had sex with a girl younger than 15 years old in a locker room during a game - an allegation he denies.
Watkins is a former special education teacher and coached JV girls basketball and varsity football for Webster Schroeder High School.
He was fired in 2017.
