A Florida man who is charged a spring homicide in Rochester has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury. Jonathan Morales faces a count of second degree murder in the shooting death of Kirstie Slingerland. Police say Slingerland was found dead on Orchard Street in the early morning hours of May 26th. Last month, Rochester Police, with the help of Florida authorities, raided an address in Bithlo, Florida -- near Orlando -- and arrested Morales.
