Governor Cuomo is calling for change after weekend shootings in Dayton, Ohio and El Paso, Texas.
In a statement, the governor said the country is under attack from within and continuing to ignore what's happening will only lead to more bloodshed. He also said during an interview that he believes the violence is being fueled by rhetoric coming from Washington.
When asked if he thought President Trump would do anything about what's happening, Cuomo said no.
