Mother Of Child Who Died In Grease Trap Has Hired A Lawyer

The mother of the 3-year-old boy who fell into a grease trap and died has hired a lawyer.

Attorney Lori Robb Monaghan says she will review reports about the boy's death, and doesn't know yet when -- or if -- she will file a lawsuit.

The boy -- Bryce Raynor -- died two weeks ago behind a donut shop on University Avenue while his mother was working there.

Police say he likely stepped on the unsecured plastic grease trap lid and fell in.

His mother -- Tenetia Cullum -- is not facing criminal charges.
