Federal prosecuters say a Rochester man will spend nearly four years in prison for his role in a cocaine operation.
They say 33-year-old Manuel Medina was found guilty of receiving packages sent from Puerto Rico to various locations in Rochester. Those packages of cocaine were delivered to other members of the drug conspiracy who arranged for it to be sold on the streets. He also mailed packages containing money back to Puerto Rico in payment for the cocaine.
The operation ran from May to October of 2018, when it was broken up by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Postal Service.
