A teenager died in an apparent drowning on Sunday. Rochester police were called to Turning Point Park on 12:30 p.m. According to police, the 13-year-old went swimming on his own and did not resurface. Police say the the boy was probably in the water for two hours before emergency services were called.Information on the victim is being withheld pending positive identification and notification of family.
