The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that a two-year-old child struck by a car Tuesday evening has died of his injuries.
Leo Butler died this morning at Strong Memorial Hospital. No criminal charges will be filed in this case, which is still under investigation.
The child had wandered out of the house and into Route Five, where he was hit by a passing car.
