The fourth suspect in the Greece Bomb Plot case has agreed to plead guilty to criminal possession of a weapon in a terroristic crime.
Nicholas Pfeilshifter was 16 when the plot by four young men to attack the Islamberg Community outside Binghamton was uncovered. Prosecutors say Pfeilshifter built bombs that were to be used in the attack and kept them in his mother's home. By pleading guilty, he'll serve seven years in state prison followed by five years of post-release supervision. He'll serve his time in a juvenile detention center until he's 18.
The other three suspects were Vincent Vetromile, Brian Colaneri and Andrew Crysel. All pleaded guilty to assorted weapons and conspiracy charges. They planned to attack the Muslim community with bombs, rifles and shotguns.
