There's some positive news about the two small children who were trapped under a car while riding in a wagon in Gates.
Three-year-old Liliana McDonald has been taken off a ventilator although she remains in intensive care.
Her brother, 15-month-old Luke, is out of intensive care.
Both children were being towed across a parking lot by their father in a wagon -- when a distracted driver went off the road and hit them.
The driver is facing charges.
Chief VanBrederode says the McDonald Family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, acts of kindness and financial support.
