A Rochester man is facing charges he was driving a stolen car and led deputies on a chase this morning that begin in Livingston County and ended on Route 5 in Ontario County.
Deputies stopped the vehicle with stop sticks and a rolling road block around 4 a.m. in the Town of Hopewell.
Wilber Quintana was charged with possession of stolen property and fleeing a police officer.
