A man accused of taking a 14-year-old Rochester girl to New York City -- setting off an AMBER Alert -- has pleaded guilty to a federal charge he made child pornography.
Prosecutors say the girl's mother told police her daughter had confessed to being in an inappropriate sexual relationship with Robert Gonzalez.
Authorities reviewed the girl's social media accounts, which indicated that she may have traveled to New York City.
The girl was returned to her family after Gonzalez was picked up by police in Brooklyn.
A search of his phone turned up several videos of the two having sex.
