Investigators have a new lead into the disappearance and death in Rochester of Samuel Ortiz.
His body was found Saturday in a garage, about six days after he was last seen alive in the East End. His SUV was found on fire last week near Tampa, Florida.
Now police want to talk to a man recorded on video in the area where the SUV was found.
Police say Ortiz's death is a homicide investigation.
