Immigration and Customs Enforcement says it has arrested a repeat immigration violator, who had been allowed to voluntarily return to his home country four times in the past.
Antonio Hernandez-Bautista will remain in custody until he is deported.
ICE says his arrest was part of a targeted enforcement action.
The man's family in Albion says they have been living in the U.S. for more than 15 years. He was arrested on his way to work, and the family tells 13 WHAM agents then surrounded their home -- telling them to get out and threatening to take the children.
