Two small children are hospitalized following a crash in a parking lot on Lyell Avenue in Gates.
Police say a father was pulling the children, ages 1 and 3, in a wagon when a car jumped the curb and hit the wagon.
The children were pinned, and the driver was unable to move the car off of them. They were in critical condition last night.
Gates police say the woman who was driving may have been distracted, though she was not drunk. She and the children in her car weren't hurt.
