East Rochester schools superintendent Mark Linton is resigning, effective at the end of this month.
He had been with the district for four years, but the school board placed him on paid leave this spring.
The reason has not been made public.
Richard Stutzman will continue as interim superintendent while the board looks for Linton's successor.
