Rochester firefighters rescued a dog from a burning apartment house on Winchester Street this afternoon (Wed).
Fire crews were called to the multi-unit house about 3:30 this afternoon. Nobody was in the building but firefighters found and rescued a dog. They were able to keep the fire confined to a single apartment. There's no word yet on what caused it.
