Congressman Joe Morelle has scheduled a morning news conference in Rochester to say more about the opioid problem.
He plans to discuss a spending bill in the House that would fund addiction prevention, treatment and recovery programs.
He'll be joined by Sheriff Todd Baxter and representatives of a local recovery program on Dewey Avenue.
