New York Attorney General Letitia James hints she may go to court if President Trump tries to use an executive order to put the citizenship question back into the 2020 census. The census forms are being printed without the controversial question because of a Supreme Court ruling...but the president says he may try to use his executive authority to order the question reinstated.
James says she won't stand by and allow what she calls an Illegal executive order.
