Trial Ends in Hung Jury for Second Street Shooting Death

A murder trial in Rochester has ended in a hung jury.

Jaquan Moore was on trial for the October shooting death of 41-year-old Amos Harring outside a home on Second Street. Moore was arrested two weeks later in Chicago.

The jury acquitted Moore of menacing charges but could not reach a verdict on the murder charge and two felony weapon charges.

His retrial is likely to be scheduled for this fall.
