A jury in Genesee County has found a woman guilty in a hit-and-run last summer that killed a pedestrian after a concert at Darien Lake.
Jennifer Serrano of Chatauqua County was convicted of vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, DWI and unlicensed driving.
Connor Lynskey of Oneida County was struck August 11 after the Jason Aldean concert.
Serrano is scheduled to be sentenced August 19. She faces a possible sentence of four and two-thirds to 14 years in prison.
