A Canandaigua man is under arrest for trying to blow up a police car.
Canandaigua police say officers were investigating a disturbance last night on Pleasant Street when Richard Brahm, who was not involved, was told to leave. Police say he returned minutes later and threw a lit "Molotov Cocktail" under the gas tank of a patrol car. It was extinguished before it caused any damage.
Brahm was arrested for attempted arson.
