The Rochester Fire Department says a man's body has been recovered from the Genesee River. A woman reported seeing the body around 8pm Wednesday night, north of the pedestrian bridge at the UofR campus.
It was recovered about an hour later. There is no word on the man's identity. The Medical Examiner now has the body.
