Cuomo 'Cautiously Optimistic' About Bill Legalizing Recreational Marijuana

Governor Cuomo says he remains cautiously optimistic that a bill legalizing recreational marijuana will make it past state lawmakers before the legislative session ends this week.

Leaders of the New York Senate and Assembly met with the governor's team over the last few days to try and work out a deal.

They've been talking about allowing communities to opt out of the potential law and debating how to use the tax money generated from pot sales.
