Governor Cuomo says millions will be spent to install cashless tolling on the New York State Thruway. He says the 355-million-dollar investment will insure that all existing toll booths will be cashless. The move is designed to help improve traffic for the roughly 267-million drivers who use the Thruway every year. According to Cuomo, the upgrades will be completed by the end of next year. Drivers are reminded to keep their address current with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
