A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a 27-year-old Greece man on a charge of second degree murder in the death of a woman who was stabbed to death in her apartment on North Clinton Avenue.
Ronald Pilgrim, Jr is accused of killing 23-year-old Cherylann Jackson on April 6th. She was stabbed multiple times.
Pilgrim pleaded "not guilty" in court, but said "I did it" out loud as he was being led away.
That prompted Jackson's family to erupt into shouts of anger and tears.
