Rochester Police have charged three men with second degree murder in the death of 18-year-old Rayquan Jones.
Jones was found in a car on Maryland Street last month, suffering from a gunshot wound. He died later at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Police executed a series of search warrants today, arresting 24-year-old Kahlil Webb, 17-year-old Tommy Hall and 18-year-old Cortney Cooley-Francis; all of them from Rochester. All will be arraigned tomorrow morning and are being held in the Monroe County Jail for now.
