A lawsuit claims that a former Associate Vice President at RIT in charge of raising money from parents and alumni sexually harassed an employee.
The lawsuit brought by Lisa Ireland alleges her boss, Kim Slusser, used offensive sexual language about her, and her husband, then demoted her when she filed a formal complaint.
Court papers claim Slusser spoke about Ireland's breasts and grabbed her husband's buttocks.
RIT is not commenting on the lawsuit. Slusser no longer works at RIT.
