An Orleans County man is facing charges in the overdose death of a man in the Town of Clarendon.
Logan DiPilato, of Holley, allegedly sold four bags of fentanyl to Mark Kinsey, who was found dead by his girlfriend last weekend.
DiPilato is charged with criminally negligent homicide, and possession and sale of a controlled substance.
He has a court date today on the drug charges, and a court date Monday on the homicide charge.
